## Candidate Requirements and Eligibility
To be eligible for the 2026 Traineeship programs, candidates must demonstrate strong potential and academic excellence:
* Education: A minimum Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a GPA of at least 3.30 out of 4.00.
* Graduation Status: Candidates must be graduating no later than August 2026.
* Specialized Background: Degrees in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering are highly advantageous for the GMT track.
* Experience: A maximum of 2 years of professional working experience post-graduation.
* Communication: Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
* Personal Attributes: Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the flexibility to relocate if required by business needs.
