1. Production Operator (Forming)
This role is critical to our glass block manufacturing line. You will be responsible for the transformation of molten glass into high-quality blank glass blocks, ensuring efficiency and productivity targets are met.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and manage the C3 Glass Block forming process to maintain production efficiency.
* Proactively identify and mitigate defect factors to ensure output quality.
* Implement quality and environmental standards while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Engage in ongoing training to maintain operational proficiency.
* Requirements:
* Male, minimum education of Vocational High School (SMK).
* At least 1 year of experience as a production operator.
* Proficient in basic computer operation.
* Minimum height of 165 cm with proportional body weight.
* Resilient and willing to work in a demanding environment (heat, dust, and noise) on a shift basis in Cikarang.
2. Production Operator (Packing)
Focusing on the end-to-end efficiency of the packing process, this role ensures our finished goods reach clients in perfect condition.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Operate palletizer and shrink-wrap machinery in the IS Production area.
* Ensure all packing operations meet safety standards and volume targets.
* Participate in facility-wide quality, environmental, and workflow improvement projects.
* Requirements:
* Male, minimum SMK graduate.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in production operations.
* Basic computer literacy required.
* Minimum height of 165 cm with proportional weight.
* Ability to work shift schedules in a high-temperature and industrial-noise environment (Cikarang location).
3. Production Operator (Screen Printing)
In this role, you will manage manual packing and printing tasks, playing a vital role in the presentation and quality control of our IS production line.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Execute manual packing of finished printed goods to prevent breakage and meet order quotas.
* Maintain strict compliance with environmental and quality management systems.
* Actively participate in departmental training and process enhancements.
* Requirements:
* Male, minimum SMK degree.
* At least 1 year of hands-on production experience.
* Computer skills are essential.
* Minimum height 165 cm, physically fit, and able to work shifts in Cikarang.
4. Production Unit Head (Screen Printing)
We are looking for an experienced leader to oversee the technical and administrative aspects of our screen printing unit.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage production budgets, specifically overseeing overtime costs and operational expenses.
* Supervise the screen creation process and bottle printing operations.
* Monitor the final packaging of printed bottles to ensure quality standards.
* Drive improvement initiatives and lead staff development programs.
* Requirements:
* Male, minimum Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven leadership experience (minimum 2 years) as a Production Supervisor or Unit Head.
