## Open Position: Logistic Staff
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistic Staff member to join our Head Office team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency of our supply chain and the reliability of our delivery operations.
Core Responsibilities
* Operational Oversight: Actively monitor and coordinate with drivers to ensure all deliveries strictly adhere to designated schedules and optimized routes.
* Performance Tracking: Maintain real-time visibility of driver activity and transit progress throughout the delivery lifecycle.
* Issue Resolution: Proactively manage and follow up on any operational hurdles, delivery delays, or necessary changes to distribution plans.
* Administrative Accuracy: Verify the completeness of all shipping documentation and generate comprehensive travel reports.
* Compliance Management: Ensure all drivers operate in full accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal safety policies.
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education & Experience: Possession of at least a D3 or S1 degree, supported by a proven track record in Logistics, Transportation, or Fleet Management.
* Functional Expertise: Strong background in delivery monitoring, transport planning, and logistics routing.
* Vendor Relations: Demonstrated experience in managing vendors and coordinating effectively with external logistics partners.
* Essential Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Candidates with specific experience in vendor contract negotiation will be prioritized.
