## Current Opening: Weighing Operator
We are looking for a dedicated Weighing Operator to ensure the precision and efficiency of our production processes. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our supply chain, ensuring that all raw and packaging materials are handled with the highest standards of accuracy.
Primary Responsibilities
* Material Management: Receive raw and packaging materials, ensuring they are systematically stored in designated locations.
* Production Support: Proactively prepare necessary raw and packaging materials according to production schedules.
* Precision Weighing: Execute the accurate weighing of raw materials, strictly adhering to operational procedures to ensure product integrity.
Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A vocational high school degree (SMK) in Pharmacy.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of two years of direct experience as a Weighing Operator or in a closely related role.
* Technical Proficiency: Competency in Microsoft Office, proficiency with industrial weighing instruments, and familiarity with integrated data systems.
* Operational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to work with high speed and exceptional accuracy under production deadlines.
* Compliance Knowledge: A solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (CPOB) and Good Distribution Practices (CDOB).
Work Location
The position is based at our manufacturing facility in Cikarang.
