1. Management Trainee – Vehicle
This role is designed for analytical thinkers who want to influence the company’s bottom line through data-driven strategies.
* Responsibilities:
* Analyze operational performance and sales data to drive revenue growth.
* Assist in branch sales planning, forecasting, and target management.
* Oversee vehicle distribution, stock movement, and sales productivity.
* Execute sales improvement projects and present actionable findings to management.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Business, or Statistics.

* Prepare and archive critical import paperwork (PIB, Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Lading).
* Update transaction logs and delivery statuses within the internal system.
* Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government authorities.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Management, Administration, Accounting, or Mandarin Literature.
* Minimum one year of experience in Purchasing or Import roles (internship experience is acceptable for graduates).
* Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP).
* Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Accurate is a significant advantage.
