## Job Vacancy: Assistant Sortasi (Grading Assistant)
As an Assistant Sortasi, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our production processes. You will serve as the first line of quality assurance, ensuring that the raw materials entering our facilities meet our stringent internal benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily operations will be vital to the efficiency of our mills. The core responsibilities include:
* Operational Oversight: Directly supervise the grading operations at the Palm Oil Mill (PKS) to ensure seamless workflows.
* Quality Control: Monitor and verify the quality of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) upon arrival, ensuring they align with corporate standards.
* Material Integrity: Maintain strict quality assurance for both external and internal FFB supplies.
* Reporting: Manage and generate accurate daily sorting reports and documentation.
* Facility Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the sorting area throughout the workday.
## Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who possess a blend of technical expertise, physical resilience, and professional integrity. To be eligible for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Hold a D4 or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, Agriculture, or Agronomy with a minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
2. Experience: Possess at least two years of proven experience working as a Sorting Assistant or in a similar quality control capacity.
3. Well-being: Be in excellent physical and mental health to meet the demands of field operations.
4. Mobility: Demonstrate a willingness to be stationed at any of our operational sites located in Kalimantan or Sumatra.
