Role Requirements
To ensure the safety and efficiency of our production processes, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male preferred.
* Age: Maximum 30 years old.
* Educational Background: Minimum High School (SLTA) or equivalent. Priority is given to graduates from Science (IPA), Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation, or Industrial Chemistry backgrounds.
* Physical Health: Candidates must be in good physical and mental health and must not be color blind.
* Professional Traits: High level of discipline, sense of responsibility, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
