1. Mold Operator
* Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in plastic injection.
* Key Skills: Proficient in preventive mold maintenance, mold setup, and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
* Requirements: Male, max 28 years old; min. height 165 cm; computer literate; physically fit and diligent.
2. Line Quality Control (QC)
* Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year as a QC in an injection molding environment.
* Key Skills: Leadership abilities, knowledge of 5S, and proficiency with measurement instruments (Caliper, Torque).
* Requirements: Male, max 25 years old; min. height 165 cm; able to create inspection reports; willing to work in shifts.
3. Maintenance Technician
* Responsibilities: Independent management of electrical installations, repair, and maintenance of injection machines, chillers, gensets, compressors, and water pumps.
* Requirements: Male, max 40 years old; high school/vocational school graduate; min. height 165 cm; excellent analytical and communication skills; disciplined.
4. Injection Operator / QM
* Responsibilities: Maintaining 5S standards, separating non-conforming (NG) parts, following SOPs, and reporting production progress accurately.
* Requirements: Male, max 28 years old; min. height 165 cm; min. 1 year of plastic injection experience; must not wear glasses (non-minus vision); clean and professional appearance.
5. Assembly Operator
* Education: High school or vocational graduate.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in assembly operations.
* Requirements: Male, max 28 years old; min. height 165 cm; no glasses/non-minus vision; no history of color blindness; willing to work shifts; high level of diligence.
6. Accounting Staff
* Responsibilities: Preparing monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow), handling tax audits, managing KPI activities, and implementing cost improvement measures.
* Requirements: D3/D4 degree in Accounting; min. 3 years of professional experience; male or female, max 30 years old; deep understanding of tax regulations and financial reporting software.
