## General Qualifications for All Applicants
To ensure the high standards of our operations, all candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum High School (SMA/K) diploma, or an Associate/Bachelor’s degree depending on the position.
* Experience: Proven, relevant work experience within the mining industry.
* Availability: Must be willing to work on a rotational (roster) system.
* Physical/Mental Health: Candidates must be in good physical and mental health.
* Deployment: All successful candidates must be willing to be stationed at our East Halmahera, North Maluku site.
