Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this intensive leadership track, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Fresh graduates holding a minimum of a D4 or S1 degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agrotechnology, Agricultural Product Technology, Soil Science, Plant Pests and Diseases, or Plantation Production Management.
2. Training Commitment: Must be willing to complete a rigorous 6-month training curriculum.
3. Service Agreement: Must be prepared to fulfill a mandatory 2-year service bond following graduation from the training program.
4. Geographical Readiness: Willingness to be deployed across operational sites in East Kalimantan or West Kalimantan.
