We are currently seeking dedicated professionals to join our operations at the Lou Taka Office in Paser. Below are the available positions and their respective requirements.
Safety Department Roles
For all safety positions, candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3) or a related Engineering discipline, possess relevant POP certifications, and have the ability to work in a team-oriented, high-performance environment.
* Safety Investigation: Focuses on incident reports, monitoring recommendations, and the implementation of health and safety programs. Requires 1–2 years of coal mining experience.
* Safety Inspector (Mining): Responsible for field inspections and operational safety programs. Requires 2 years of experience and deep knowledge of mining safety management.
* Safety Inspector (Electrical & Mechanical): Specialized inspections for facility support and workshops. Candidates must understand SMK3, ISO, OHSAS, and SMKP systems.
* Safety Inspector (Construction & Port/Marine): Targeted inspections for civil construction and maritime logistics. Requires 2 years of experience in these specific sectors.
* Safety Patrol (Coordinator): Leads the safety patrol team to ensure adherence to health and safety protocols across the site. Requires 1–2 years of relevant experience.
Water Management Position
* Water Management Staff: This role focuses on wastewater treatment and monitoring (WTP/WWTP).
* Responsibilities: Managing water quality laboratory operations, reporting on field observations, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations (SPARING, SIMPEL, and PROPER assessments).
* Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering. While 1 year of experience is preferred, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. POPAL certification is considered a significant advantage.

To succeed in any of these roles, candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess the flexibility to work extended hours when necessary to meet company objectives.
