1. Quality Control (Liquid) Staff
This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of our production processes. You will ensure that all premix activities adhere strictly to operational standards and quality benchmarks.
* Key Responsibilities: Conduct premix inspections, document analysis results, perform laboratory equipment calibration, and manage reagent stock. You will also oversee the team’s adherence to 5R and K3 safety protocols.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemistry, Chemical Analysis, or Chemical Engineering with a minimum 3.00 GPA. Experience in FMCG laboratory settings, proficiency in SAP/Cloud-based files, and familiarity with CPKB and PKRT regulations are essential.
2. Senior General Affair Staff
We are looking for a highly organized individual to streamline our general operations, facility management, and regulatory compliance.
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee office facility management, security operations, and the procurement of office equipment. You will handle corporate licensing, import permits, and expatriate documentation while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational challenges.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Civil Engineering, or a related field with a minimum 3.00 GPA. Applicants must have at least 5 years of experience in General Affairs, ideally within a manufacturing or FMCG setting, along with a deep understanding of Indonesian corporate and import regulations.
3. Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Staff
The PPIC team is the heartbeat of our supply chain, ensuring that production outputs align perfectly with sales forecasts and delivery requirements.
* Key Responsibilities: Create production and sales forecasts, manage material requirements for raw and packaging goods, and coordinate with the Marketing, QC, and R&D departments to ensure smooth operations in compliance with ISO 9001:2018 and ISO 14001:2018 standards.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Management with a minimum 3.00 GPA. Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP/ERP systems is mandatory, along with at least 2 years of relevant industry experience.
