Key Qualifications

* Educational Background: Minimum D3 or D4 degree in Civil Engineering.
* Professional Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience as a Field Supervisor in irrigation projects.
* Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of irrigation networks, hydraulic structures, and water works.
* Operational Skills: Ability to interpret construction drawings, master execution methods, and monitor project quality, scheduling, and progress tracking.
