Role Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this position, candidates must demonstrate a balance of technical proficiency and operational reliability. We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma or vocational degree (SMK), preferably in Mechanical, Automotive, or Electrical Engineering.
* Professional Experience: At least 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial maintenance.
* Operational Expertise: Proven ability to operate production machinery and a strong grasp of standard operating procedures (SOP/WI).
* Technical Maintenance Skills: Fundamental knowledge of preventive maintenance tasks, including routine lubrication, visual inspections, and light component replacements.
* Logistics Proficiency: A clear understanding of warehouse workflows, inventory management, and systematic stock recording.
* Licensing and Equipment: Must hold an active SIM A driver’s license and possess certification or verified experience in forklift operation.
* Digital Literacy: Ability to utilize basic computer systems, including Microsoft Excel or manual inventory tracking software.
