Successful participants will undergo a comprehensive 3 to 4-month training curriculum. Upon successful graduation, candidates will be officially appointed as foremen or clerks within our various business units across West Kalimantan.
## Candidate Requirements
To ensure the highest standards of our operations, we are looking for candidates who demonstrate discipline, physical stamina, and a long-term commitment to the agricultural industry. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or an Associate Degree (Diploma) in a relevant field of study.
* Health Standards: Must be in excellent physical and mental health, with no color blindness.
* Marital Status: Single/unmarried, and must agree to remain unmarried throughout the duration of the official service bond.
* Dedication: High level of professional commitment and a willingness to build a long-term career within the plantation sector.
* Availability: Must be ready to participate in the full 3 to 4-month training program and fulfill a 2-year service contract upon graduation.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed in any of Mukti Plantation's operational areas in West Kalimantan.
