Core Responsibilities
* Picking & Sorting: Execute accurate item picking based on system-generated timeframes and organize products into designated rack areas to facilitate efficient checking.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of goods to ensure items are in pristine condition before moving to the next stage of the fulfillment process.
* Packaging: Manage the final packaging stage to guarantee that all products remain secure and protected throughout the transit process.
Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Age Limit: Maximum 35 years old.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with one year of relevant experience.
* Skills: Strong preference for candidates with practical knowledge of picking, sorting, checking, and packing workflows.
* Personal Attributes: Must be agile, organized, highly responsible, and detail-focused.
* Availability: Must be prepared to work in shift patterns and maintain high mobility.
