## 2. Junior Programmer (.Net Core TDES)
PT TASPEN is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Programmer to support the development of web-based applications that enhance organizational efficiency.
Core Competencies
* .NET Core Framework: Deep understanding of .NET Core architecture, APIs, and the development of server-side and client-side applications using ASP.NET Core.
* Database Management: Ability to write high-performance SQL queries for data manipulation within SAP HANA databases.
Experience Requirements
* Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a web developer.
* Sector Background: Prior experience in implementing web applications within an Indonesian state-owned insurance enterprise is highly preferred.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
## 3. Senior Programmer (SAP ABAPER)
The Senior ABAP Programmer is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of custom SAP applications and system integrations.
Core Competencies
* ABAP Mastery: Advanced proficiency in ABAP, including RICEF (Report, Interface, Conversion, Enhancement, Form, and Workflow) development.
* Module Knowledge: Understanding of key SAP modules such as MM (Material Management), HR (Human Resource), and FI (Financial Accounting).
* Integration & UI: Expertise in SAP PI/PO, with additional value placed on candidates familiar with SAP Fiori and SAP UI5 for user interface development.
* Database & Debugging: Strong ability to write efficient SQL queries for SAP HANA and resolve complex technical issues through rigorous debugging.
Experience and Certification Requirements
* Professional Experience: At least 7 years of experience in ABAP development, covering custom reports, backend applications, and system integration.
Mandatory Certification: Must possess at least one certification in ABAP with SAP NetWeaver 7.4* or an equivalent industry-recognized credential.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
