## Role Overview: Technical Trainer – Factory
As a Technical Trainer at our factory location, you will be instrumental in bridging the skills gap and elevating the technical prowess of our workforce. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
* Training Strategy: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive technical training programs tailored for factory employees.
* Curriculum Delivery: Facilitate training sessions covering heavy machinery, complex equipment, maintenance protocols, and factory-wide technical processes.
* Competency Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations to measure training effectiveness and track the skill progression of all participants.
* Gap Analysis: Proactively identify training requirements based on real-time competency gaps observed on the production floor.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Maintenance, and Production departments to align training initiatives with operational goals.
* Program Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve training modules to keep pace with technological advancements in the industry.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a D4 or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. Professional Experience: Previous experience in technical training, maintenance, engineering, or production within a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
3. Technical Knowledge: A solid grasp of production machinery, industrial maintenance practices, and standard factory operational processes.
4. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and presentation abilities with a natural capacity to deliver complex technical information clearly and effectively.
5. Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member.
## Employment Details
* Location: Secang, Central Java.
* Working Schedule:
* Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 16:00
* Saturday: 08:00 – 13:00
Note: Flexibility is required for occasional training or activities during weekends (Sundays).*
