Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology or Management.
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a recruitment-focused role.
* Certifications: Preference will be given to candidates holding a BEI (Board of Examiners Indonesia) certification.
