1. Operational Admin
The Operational Admin plays a crucial role in maintaining the flow of information and documentation that keeps our logistics network moving.
* Location: Aru, Cikarang Selatan – Bekasi
* Key Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field.
* At least 1 year of professional experience as an Operational Admin, preferably within the logistics industry.
* Proficiency in tracking waybills, managing internal data entry systems, and organized document archiving.
* Advanced skills in data processing using Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
2. Service Advisor
Our Service Advisors are the technical bridge between our fleet operations and maintenance excellence, ensuring our heavy vehicles remain in peak condition.
* Location: Makassar
* Key Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) in Engineering, with a strong preference for Automotive majors.
* At least 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor.
* In-depth knowledge of heavy vehicle mechanics, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
* Familiarity with major vehicle systems and part catalogues.
* Proven ability to monitor repair processes through to the final vehicle check.
* Competency in administrative tasks, including Work Order (SPK) management and daily repair reporting.
* Willingness to work in shifts as required.
3. General Repair Mechanic
We are looking for skilled technicians who take pride in the mechanical integrity of a heavy-duty fleet.
* Location: Pasuruan, Gresik, Surabaya – East Java
* Key Requirements:
* Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in Light Vehicle Engineering or Automotive studies.
* Expertise in the maintenance and repair of trucks.
* Readiness to handle "storing" duties or emergency roadside services.
* Resilience and the ability to perform under pressure.
* A strong work ethic characterized by honesty, discipline, and hard work.
* Flexibility to be assigned across various PT SIL workshops.
4. Body Repair Mechanic
The visual and structural integrity of our fleet is paramount. We need experts in bodywork and welding to maintain our professional standards.
* Location: Makassar (South Sulawesi) and Pasuruan, Gresik, Surabaya (East Java)
* Key Requirements:
* Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in Welding, Mechanical Engineering, or Automotive Engineering.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in carrosserie, welding, or vehicle body repair workshops.
* Possession of a valid Class A Driver’s License (SIM A).
* A professional Welding Certificate is highly advantageous.
* Strong team player with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
* Commitment to being stationed at various PT SIL workshop locations.
