Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be instrumental in attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent, undertaking a variety of key tasks including:
* Managing the entire recruitment process from initial talent sourcing through to candidate onboarding.
* Proactively identifying and engaging qualified candidates utilizing diverse platforms such as LinkedIn, leading job portals, social media channels, professional networking events, and other innovative recruitment strategies.
* Conducting thorough candidate screenings and comprehensive interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit.
* Efficiently coordinating interview schedules between prospective candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless selection process.
* Cultivating and nurturing a robust talent pipeline for current and future organizational needs.
* Providing essential support for various HR-related activities and critical administrative functions.
* Preparing detailed recruitment reports and furnishing regular updates on hiring progress to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled professional who meets the following qualifications:
* Holds a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology.
* Possesses a minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
* Proven expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
* Proficiency in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment techniques.
* Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective interactions.
* Demonstrates a proactive work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively as an integral part of a team.
