## General Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for these roles, applicants must meet the following baseline criteria:
* Must be an Indonesian citizen (WNI) in good physical and mental health, with no history of criminal convictions.
* Must be a registered taxpayer with an active NPWP.
* Must possess a Bank DKI account.
* Required to have a valid NIB (Business Identification Number) under KBLI code 70209 (Management Consulting Activities).
* Must maintain an active SIKAP account.
* Must be able to commit to a full-time work schedule and cannot hold concurrent positions as an expert staff member in other government agencies.

## Position-Specific Qualifications
Management Roles
* Creative Manager/Head: Maximum age 48; Bachelor’s degree; 3+ years of experience. Expertise in leadership, financial management, marketing strategy, and stakeholder management. Fluent English is required.
* Assistant Creative Manager: Maximum age 35; Bachelor’s degree; 2+ years of experience. Must possess strong project management skills (Trello/Asana) and operational problem-solving abilities.
Technical and Creative Roles
* IT & Asset Development Staff: Maximum age 35; IT/Information Systems degree; 1+ year of experience. Must have CCNA-level networking skills, web development proficiency, and hardware maintenance capabilities.
* Social Media Specialist: Maximum age 35; Diploma/Degree; 1+ year of experience. Proven track record in copywriting, platform analytics (Meta Business Suite/TikTok), and trend analysis.
* Multimedia & Graphic Designer: Maximum age 40; Bachelor’s degree; 1+ year of experience. Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro.
* Event Activation Specialist: Maximum age 35; Diploma/Degree; 1+ year of experience. Skills include vendor management, negotiation, event planning, and crisis management.
* General Administration: Maximum age 35; Diploma/Degree; 1+ year of experience. Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel) and institutional administrative systems.
