## Candidate Requirements and Qualifications
To ensure the success of this large-scale rural development project, all candidates must meet specific criteria that balance technical expertise with field-readiness:
* Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics, Agriculture, Socio-Economics, Fisheries, Forestry, Marine Science, or other relevant fields.
* Professional Experience: Proven experience in community empowerment or relevant specific roles, validated by a formal Employment Certificate.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced computer skills, specifically in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), supported by official certifications.
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and teamwork capabilities.
* Regional Connection: Ability to speak local dialects is highly preferred.
* Availability: Applicants must be between 23 and 50 years old, willing to work full-time, and comfortable traveling to remote districts and rural villages.
* Integrity and Health: Must be physically and mentally fit, drug-free, and possess a clean criminal record (verified by SKCK). Candidates must not hold political office or be active members of political parties.
* Residence: District-level facilitators must reside within the target province (ideally the target district), while Sub-district facilitators must reside in the target regency or district.
* Equipment: Must own a personal laptop to support field operations.
