Candidate Requirements
To maintain our high standards of excellence, applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:
* Male candidates with a maximum age of 25 years.
* Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Agrotechnology.
* Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.25 on a 4.00 scale.
* Willingness to be deployed to any operational site or branch across Indonesia.
* Willingness to reside in company-provided housing (mess) throughout the duration of the training period.
* Commitment to fulfill a two-year official service bond upon program completion.
* Physically and mentally healthy, with a strict requirement of not being color-blind.
* Full readiness to participate in a demanding and immersive intensive training schedule.
