## Available Positions and Job Descriptions
1. Commercial Investigation Staff
This role focuses on protecting the company's revenue and sustainability by identifying illegal connections and consumption patterns.
* Key Responsibilities: Conduct field investigations into anomalous consumption, gather evidence of violations, and manage administrative procedures for water loss and illegal connection remediation.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 degree (Environmental Engineering preferred). Fresh graduates are welcome, though one year of relevant experience is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and valid SIM A and C licenses are mandatory.
2. Piping & Pressure Measurement Technician Staff
You will monitor and optimize the distribution network to ensure water quality, quantity, and continuity for our customers.
* Key Responsibilities: Evaluate valve configurations, manage network pressure, oversee flushing schedules, and handle post-production recovery processes.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 degree (Environmental Engineering or related fields). Strong analytical skills in network monitoring are essential, alongside MS Office proficiency and valid SIM A/C licenses.
3. Project Monitoring Staff
This position is responsible for overseeing field projects and ensuring that contractors adhere to company standards and timelines.
* Key Responsibilities: Conduct pre-work surveys, analyze CAPEX and OPEX requirements, supervise contractors, and perform maintenance on distribution accessories like valves and manometers.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 degree (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering). At least one year of experience in project improvement or relocation is highly preferred. Must hold valid SIM A and C licenses.
4. Quality Estimator Staff
A detail-oriented role focused on internal network inspections and technical estimations for corporate accounts.
* Key Responsibilities: Prepare Bill of Quantities (RAB) for distribution work, draft licensing designs (DED), and conduct site surveys for both internal and external projects.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 degree (Industrial Engineering or relevant). We value candidates who have a blend of technical field experience and office-based administrative capability.
5. Regular Validator Staff
Your primary goal is to maintain accuracy in our billing systems by validating meter readings provided by external contractors.
* Key Responsibilities: Conduct direct field checks to verify meter data, coordinate performance reports for contractors, and manage the reward/penalty system based on contractor output.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 degree in technical or related fields. High proficiency in MS Excel and strong communication skills are required for effective contractor management.
6. Zero & Reclass Tariff Staff
This role ensures financial accuracy by auditing customer tariff classes and identifying causes for "zero consumption" reports.
* Key Responsibilities: Perform field inspections of water installations, validate meter conditions, and recommend tariff reclassifications based on property identification.
