Available Streams for ALPHA 14

* ALPHA Plantation: Open to graduates holding a Bachelor’s (S1) or Diploma (D4) degree in Agriculture, Biology, Forestry, Soil Science, Plant Pests and Diseases (HPT), or other closely related fields.
* ALPHA Engineering: Open to graduates holding a Bachelor’s (S1) or Diploma (D4) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Instrumentation Control, Agricultural Engineering, or related disciplines.
Essential Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for the ALPHA 14 program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Achievement: A minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with a maximum of one year of professional experience.
