## Role Overview: Organizational & People Development
As a key player in the Organizational and People Development division, your primary mission will be to bridge strategic company goals with employee performance. You will actively collaborate with leadership to optimize workforce potential specifically within the News Directorate and Programming Directorate. This role demands a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced media environment and enjoys translating corporate vision into measurable, everyday success.
Core Responsibilities
* Performance Tracking: Oversee and streamline the performance management lifecycle for both the News and Programming Directorates.
* KPI Formulation: Partner closely with Department Heads to design, implement, and track meaningful Key Performance Indicators.
* Cross-Departmental Synergy: Coordinate with diverse internal units to seamlessly integrate broader organizational development initiatives.
* Structural Optimization: Design, review, and continuously update organizational charts to align with shifting company objectives.
* Employee Program Design: Collaborate with department leaders to conceptualize and execute impactful staff development programs.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

Educational Background
* Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a closely related discipline from a recognized and reputable university.
Professional Experience
* Bring at least 1 year of practical, hands-on experience operating as a Training Specialist or holding a dedicated Learning & Development position.
* Demonstrate verifiable expertise in executing comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and engineering end-to-end learning modules from scratch.
Skills and Competencies
* Technical Knowledge: Possess a firm understanding of organizational behavior, corporate culture building, and modern leadership development frameworks.
* Software Proficiency: Exhibit advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications—specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word—for crafting engaging training assets and handling data presentations.
* Analytical Approach: Maintain a data-driven mindset capable of interpreting learning metrics and translating them into clear, actionable business recommendations.
* Interpersonal Excellence: Display exceptional verbal, written, and non-verbal communication abilities, paired with strong facilitation skills to engage diverse corporate stakeholders effectively.
