## Career Opportunity: Quality Control Operator
We are currently seeking dedicated professionals to join our production team as a Quality Control Operator. This role is essential to maintaining the world-class standards that define the Daikin brand.
Core Responsibilities
* Technical Inspection: Conduct precise visual, dimensional, and specification inspections of incoming components against engineering drawings and datasheets.
* Analytical Reporting: Analyze inspection outcomes to propose quality improvements and maintain accurate daily logs of findings and defects.
* Quality Assurance: Perform verification on materials returned from production lines and coordinate immediately with Team Leaders regarding any detected abnormalities.
* Safety and Standards: Ensure all operational activities strictly adhere to company quality standards, occupational health and safety (K3) regulations, and 5S principles.
Authority
* Grant final judgments on incoming material status (Accept/Reject).
* Formulate inspection conclusions based on established technical criteria.
## Requirements and Qualifications
To ensure the highest standards of production, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
* Experience: 1–5 years of professional experience as a Quality Operator, preferably within the electrical/electronic, automotive, metal stamping, or injection molding sectors.
* Technical Proficiency: Expertise in utilizing technical measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, multimeters, and LCR meters.
* Engineering Knowledge: Ability to interpret technical drawings, understand electrical circuits, and utilize standard soldering techniques.
* Administrative Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) for comprehensive reporting.
* Physical Requirements: Must be in excellent health, possess no color blindness (total or partial), and maintain a maximum vision correction of +/- 1.
* Academic Competence: Strong mathematical aptitude, as reflected in formal education records.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including night shifts.
