## Key Responsibilities of the Role
The Production Engineer plays a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of output and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for:
* Production Planning: Developing comprehensive production schedules and machine maintenance plans to ensure optimal workflow.
* Performance Monitoring: Overseeing daily production processes to ensure all targets are met consistently.
* Continuous Improvement: Analyzing current efficiency and productivity levels, then proposing actionable programs to enhance process performance.
* Standardization: Drafting, evaluating, and updating Work Instructions and technical production parameters.
* Troubleshooting: Performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to resolve production bottlenecks and implementing effective corrective actions.
* Reporting: Preparing detailed performance reports with data-driven recommendations for process upgrades.
* Compliance: Ensuring all manufacturing activities strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality benchmarks, and corporate regulations.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with various departments to ensure seamless integration between production needs and machine maintenance.
## Required Qualifications and Experience
To succeed in this position, candidates should possess a strong technical background and a proactive approach to manufacturing excellence. We require the following:
* Education: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related field.
* Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in a Production Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
* Management Systems: Solid understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
* Methodology: Hands-on experience with continuous improvement frameworks, such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, or similar methodologies.
* Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, production machinery, and foundational machine maintenance.
* Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze data, solve complex problems, and conduct thorough root cause investigations.
* Software Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a specific focus on advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to function effectively both as an independent professional and as part of a collaborative team.
