Core Responsibilities
* Adhering to direct instructions from the Production Supervisor to ensure seamless operational workflows.
* Performing routine sampling and precise analysis within our on-site laboratories.
* Conducting preventative maintenance and monitoring of production machinery to ensure optimal functionality.
* Ensuring that all processed products strictly adhere to company quality protocols and safety benchmarks.
Candidate Qualifications
* Educational background: Minimum of high school diploma or vocational school (SMA/SMK).
* Experience: At least one year of professional experience in a similar production or manufacturing role.
* Teamwork: A proven ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced environment.
* Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relay technical information clearly.
