## Position: Site Officer Shift
The Site Officer Shift role is critical to maintaining operational excellence at customer locations. Professionals in this position act as the frontline guardians of fuel logistics, ensuring that energy supply chains remain uninterrupted, safe, and highly efficient.
Key Responsibilities
To excel in this capacity, candidates will be entrusted with multifaceted operational duties:
* Operations Management: Oversee the daily receipt, storage, and dispatch of fuel at designated customer sites.
* Inventory Control: Guarantee that fuel stock aligns perfectly with operational demands while maintaining inventory levels within secure thresholds.
* Reporting & Reconciliation: Conduct rigorous daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring, documentation, and stock reconciliations.
* Facility Maintenance: Manage bulk storage tanks, which includes precise volume measurements, product quality oversight, and facility condition checks.
* Loss Prevention: Identify, report, and initiate preliminary investigations into any stock discrepancies (gains or losses) to safeguard assets.
* Process Supervision: Monitor fuel intake from suppliers and distribution to end-users in strict adherence to standard operating procedures.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with customers, transporters, and internal operational units to secure smooth fuel delivery.
Candidate Qualifications

* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in an Engineering discipline.
