1. HR Assistant Manager
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee talent acquisition, employee development, and retention strategies. Ensure legal compliance, manage HRIS operations, and collaborate across departments to support organizational goals.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with at least 5 years of HR experience (3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in manufacturing). Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and performance management.

2. HR Administration Staff
* Key Responsibilities: Handle personnel documentation, payroll data, BPJS administration, and maintain accurate employee records and attendance.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field. Detail-oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in HR/Personnel administration.
