## The Role: Environmental Enforcement Sanction Analysis Staff
As part of our commitment to sustainable operations and regulatory excellence, we are currently seeking a meticulous and analytical professional to join our team as an Environmental Enforcement Sanction Analysis Staff. This role is pivotal in maintaining the park's environmental integrity and ensuring that all operations adhere to the highest regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be tasked with the following duties to ensure the park’s continued environmental compliance:
* Analysis and Evaluation: Conduct detailed analysis of environmental audits, inspections, and monitoring reports to detect potential violations or non-compliance trends.
* Regulatory Enforcement: Categorize environmental infractions and formulate appropriate administrative recommendations or sanctions in strict accordance with prevailing laws.
* Documentation and Reporting: Draft accurate, systematic evaluation reports and official minutes, ensuring all compliance data is meticulously documented.
* Corrective Action Monitoring: Oversee the implementation of corrective measures, tracking progress until each finding is fully resolved.
* Compliance Database Management: Maintain an organized, up-to-date database of environmental violations, resolution statuses, and supporting evidence.
* Regulatory Review: Audit environmental permits, mandatory reporting obligations, and compliance requirements for both the company and its tenants.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with legal, technical, and compliance teams to facilitate objective evaluations and effective environmental coaching or enforcement.
* Operational Improvement: Provide actionable insights to improve compliance control systems and mitigate future environmental risks.
Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who possesses both the technical expertise and the integrity required for this demanding role:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
2. Experience: A minimum of 1–2 years of professional experience in Environmental Compliance, Environmental Auditing, Legal Compliance, or Environmental Governance.
3. Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indonesian environmental regulations, including licensing, waste management (B3/non-B3), emission standards, and water quality.
4. Analytical Skills: Proven ability to evaluate complex environmental data and draft comprehensive corrective action recommendations.
5. Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with reporting dashboards is a distinct advantage.
6. Soft Skills: Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities, combined with high levels of objectivity and professional discretion.
7. Work Ethic: Capable of working under pressure, either independently or within a multi-disciplinary team.
8. Preferred Background: Previous experience in industrial estate management or managing tenant compliance will be highly prioritized.
