## Management Trainee (Production Division)

Required Educational Background
Candidates should hold a D3 or S1 degree in one of the following disciplines: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or Chemistry Education.
Core Qualifications
* Male, minimum 21 years of age.
* Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
* Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and leadership.
* Strong sense of integrity, discipline, and professional commitment.
* Physically and mentally fit; must not be color blind.
* Willingness to participate in comprehensive training programs and departmental rotations.
Preferred additions: Experience in automotive manufacturing, proficiency in English, Japanese, or Mandarin, and knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001:2015, or ISO 45001:2018 standards.
