## Current Open Positions
1. Production Administrator
The Production Administrator plays a vital role in maintaining data integrity and ensuring the efficiency of our manufacturing workflows. This role requires a high degree of organizational skill and an analytical mindset.
* Accurately inputting daily production reports into the internal database system.
* Conducting routine stock opname and inventory reconciliation.
* Collaborating effectively with supervisors and cross-functional departments to streamline operations.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any related field.
* Minimum of one year of prior experience in an administrative role.
* Must possess a sharp eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a firm, professional demeanor.
* Proficiency in SAP is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.
2. Maintenance Technician (Shift)
Our technical team is essential to the seamless operation of our production lines and facility infrastructure. We are seeking a skilled technician who is capable of performing precision repairs and proactive maintenance.
* Assisting the Engineering Foreman with daily operational tasks and technical troubleshooting.
* Executing specialized welding tasks, specifically utilizing GTAW and/or SMAW techniques.
* Maintaining and repairing production machinery, utility systems, and facility infrastructure.
* Educational background: Vocational High School (SMK) with at least 3 years of experience, or a Diploma (D3) degree with at least 1 year of experience in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Technical mastery of GTAW and SMAW welding processes.
* Strong foundational knowledge of electrical circuitry.
* Practical experience and understanding of machine tools and general mechanical maintenance.
