## The Role of a Management Trainee

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Strategic Planning: Translating high-level company goals into actionable, data-driven business strategies.

## Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field, though candidates with an Engineering background are highly preferred.
* Commitment: Willingness to sign a four-year service agreement (ikatan dinas) as part of the Management Trainee program.
* Communication Skills: Professional proficiency in both written and spoken English.
* Technical Literacy: A solid understanding of flowcharts and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel/Spreadsheet, and PowerPoint).
* Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with modern IT systems and a proactive attitude toward integrating new technology into business operations.
* Resilience: The ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and maintain high performance under pressure.
* Mobility: Full flexibility regarding work location, as you must be willing to be stationed anywhere within Indonesia based on the company's requirements.
