## Program Mission: Your 10-Month Roadmap
The management trainee program is a 10-month intensive journey designed to transform high-potential graduates into future leaders. You will be tasked with executing high-value strategic projects that drive operational excellence across various departments, including Production, Quality, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing.

Essential Qualifications
* Education: A bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to our operational departments (Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or Marketing).
* Experience: Fresh graduates or professionals with up to one year of relevant experience.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and foundational data analysis capabilities.
* Language: Professional fluency in both English (B2 level) and Bahasa Indonesia.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical thinking, high learning agility, strong communication abilities, and a proactive ownership mindset.
Note: Previous internship experience or exposure to multinational manufacturing environments is highly advantageous.
