## Candidate Qualifications

* Academic Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S-1) in Civil Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Age Restriction: Maximum 25 years old as of April 2, 2026.
* Marital Status: Applicants must be single and willing to remain unmarried for the duration of the Management Trainee program.
* Commitment: Must be willing to sign a formal two-year service bond.
* Mobility: Full readiness to be stationed at any of PT. Minarta Dutahutama’s project sites across Indonesia.
