## Job Vacancy: Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Officer
Pakerin is actively seeking a dedicated and qualified professional to join the safety team. This role is vital in maintaining the highest standards of workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental stewardship across the manufacturing plant.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
The selected candidate will play a crucial role in safeguarding the workforce and optimizing environmental protocols. Core duties typically involve:

Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following professional and educational prerequisites:
* Educational Background: Hold a Diploma IV (D4) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3) or Environmental Engineering.
* Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the same or a closely related role within a manufacturing environment.
* Mandatory Certifications: Must possess a valid General Occupational Health and Safety Expert certificate (AK3 Umum).
* Specialized Training: Must have completed training focused on the awareness of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3).
* Preferred Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in setting up and implementing SMK3 frameworks directly in the workplace.
