1. Operations Administrator
The Operations Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring that administrative documentation and vessel workflows remain seamless.
* Manage, archive, and organize all vessel-related documentation and reports.
* Monitor daily vessel reports and oversee ongoing offshore tasks.
* Compile and reconcile daily reports for fleet management.
* Maintain an accurate inventory list and track the supply requirements for vessels.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted vessel operations.
* Male candidate with a degree in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering.
* Minimum of 1 year of professional experience.
* Prior experience in the Oil & Gas shipping sector is highly advantageous.
* In-depth knowledge of vessel machinery, electrical systems, and structural integrity.
* Familiarity with Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS).
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
2. HSE & Operations Specialist
We are looking for a seasoned HSE professional to uphold our safety culture and operational standards across all maritime projects.
* Male candidate; priority given to those with a degree in Shipping or Maritime studies.
* At least 5 years of proven experience in an HSE role within the Oil & Gas shipping industry.
* Hold essential certifications: Ahli K3 Umum, Internal Auditor (ISM Code), DPA, and ISPS Code (Company Security Officer).
* Completed training in ISO 31000 (Risk Management), ISO 9001/14001/45001, First Aid, and CSMS.
* Strong collaborative skills and excellent communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in English.
