## Current Openings and Qualifications
We are currently expanding our expert team and looking for dedicated professionals to fill the following positions:
1. Welder
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma or vocational school (SMA/SMK).
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in SMAW, GTAW, and GMAW welding techniques.
* Preferred Qualifications: Valid 3G-6G welding certification.
* Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience welding tubes and hydraulic shafts (As Rod).
* Competencies: Strong working knowledge of precision measuring tools like micrometers and calipers, combined with the ability to interpret complex technical drawings.
2. Assembly/Disassembly Technician
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate, preferably majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience working as an Assembly Operator or Assembly Technician within the heavy machinery or hydraulic cylinder sector.
* Competencies: Highly familiar with caliper measurement tools and capable of reading technical blueprints accurately.
3. Sales Support
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate.
* Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, or general administrative roles.
* Competencies: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, skilled in drafting formal commercial quotations, detail-oriented, highly methodical, and possessing exceptional communication skills with an agile, proactive learning mindset.
4. Inspector
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate with a focus on Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant inspection experience, ideally within pneumatic, hydraulic, cylinder, or seal manufacturing companies.
* Competencies: Capable of producing 2D and 3D technical drawings, highly skilled in utilizing vernier calipers and micrometers, proficient in drawing interpretation, and possessing a solid foundational understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
5. Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC)
* Educational Background: Minimum Associate Degree (D3) in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar PPIC role.
* Competencies: Expert in scheduling and monitoring end-to-end production workflows—from raw material procurement to finished goods delivery—as well as planning and overseeing onsite project execution. Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication capabilities are essential.
