1. Production Operator
As a Production Operator, you will be the backbone of our daily manufacturing operations, ensuring that our world-class miniature cars are crafted to perfection.
Job Responsibilities:
* Execute production tasks efficiently within assigned departmental areas, which include Main Process, Decoration, or Assembly.
* Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures and company Work Instructions.
* Compile accurate daily production reports to monitor output and workflow efficiency.
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum educational background of Junior High School (SMP) or equivalent.
* Physically and mentally fit, with good overall health.
* Free from color blindness and dust allergies.
* High levels of precision, dexterity, honesty, discipline, and accountability.
* Prior experience working in a manufacturing plant is considered a strong advantage.
* Capable of meeting performance targets and willing to work on a shift schedule and overtime when required.
