## Job Position: Reach Truck Operator
PT YCH Indonesia has an immediate opening for a dedicated and skilled Reach Truck Operator. This role is vital for maintaining the high-efficiency standards expected within our state-of-the-art distribution and warehousing facilities.
Key Candidate Requirements
To ensure a smooth transition into our fast-paced operational environment, applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria:
* Gender: Male candidates only.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or an equivalent qualification.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven, hands-on experience working specifically as a reach truck operator (mandatory requirement).
* Technical Proficiency: Exceptional skill and confidence in operating modern reach trucks safely and efficiently (mandatory requirement).
* Licensing: Must possess an active and valid SIO (Surat Izin Operasi) certification issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower / Kemnaker (mandatory requirement).
* Work Schedule: Fully willing and able to work in a rotating shift system.
