* Efficiently select, edit, and deliver high-quality images to the editorial team under tight deadlines.
* A minimum of 3 years of professional photography experience.
* Highly agile and capable of adapting to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
* Strong visual sensitivity with a comprehensive understanding of multimedia coverage.
2. Strategic Communication Staff
The Strategic Communication Staff is responsible for shaping the public narrative and ensuring that the ministry’s messages are disseminated effectively to the public and stakeholders.
* Draft, refine, and distribute compelling press releases.
* Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies.
* Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with media outlets and journalists.
* A Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
* A minimum of 2 years of experience as a journalist or reporter is highly preferred.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Full professional proficiency in both English and Indonesian.
