The Coordinating Ministry for Infrastructure and Regional Development of the Republic of Indonesia plays a pivotal role in synchronizing policy preparation and execution across the nation’s infrastructure sector. To support our strategic goals for the 2026 fiscal year, we are officially launching an open selection process for several High-Ranking Executive (JPT Pratama) positions. ## Available Executive Positions
The Ministry is seeking visionary leaders to fill the following roles, all of which are critical to the successful implementation of our infrastructure and regional development framework:
* Head of the General and Financial Bureau (Secretariat of the Ministry)
* Head of the Data, Communication, and Public Information Bureau (Secretariat of the Ministry)
* Assistant Deputy for the Acceleration of Island, Coastal, and Frontier/Outermost/Underdeveloped Regions (Deputy for Coordination of Regional Development Equity, Agrarian, and Spatial Planning)
* Assistant Deputy for Strategic Basic Infrastructure (Deputy for Coordination of Basic Infrastructure)
* Assistant Deputy for Water Resources and Food Infrastructure (Deputy for Coordination of Basic Infrastructure)
* Assistant Deputy for Enhancing Housing Access (Deputy for Coordination of Housing, Infrastructure, and Settlement Facilities)
* Assistant Deputy for Transmigration and Underdeveloped Regions Housing Development (Deputy for Coordination of Housing, Infrastructure, and Settlement Facilities)
## General Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the foundational requirements set forth by current Indonesian legislation to participate in this competitive selection process:
1. Must be a citizen of the Republic of Indonesia.
2. Must hold active status as a Civil Servant (PNS).
3. Must demonstrate physical and mental wellness, supported by an official medical certificate from a government hospital or licensed practitioner.
4. Must possess the necessary technical, managerial, and socio-cultural competencies relevant to the position.
5. Must provide proof of a clean disciplinary record, including a minimum of two years of "Good" performance ratings and no history of moderate or severe disciplinary penalties within the last five years.
6. Must be free from any findings related to professional or moral misconduct.
7. Must never have been affiliated with any prohibited organizations.
8. Must provide evidence of annual tax return (SPT) submission for at least the most recent year.
## Specific Qualifications for Applicants
In addition to the general requirements, candidates must demonstrate the professional depth required for high-level governance:
* Age Limit: Maximum of 56 years at the time of application.
* Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s (S1) degree or Diploma IV.
Rank: Minimum rank of Pembina Tingkat I* (IV/b).
* Experience: A cumulative minimum of five years of professional experience in fields directly related to the target position.
* Administrative Tenure: Currently holding or previously having held an administrative position or a senior expert functional position (JF Ahli Madya) for at least two years.
* Leadership Training: Preference will be given to candidates who have successfully completed the Level III National Leadership Training (PKN Tingkat III).
